Nick Fifield, a Cal Poly San Luis Obispo graduate with a degree in Construction Management, adds to the team’s capabilities. Collin Montgomery contributes his expertise in underwriting various commercial real estate properties, including Retail, Multi-Family, Office, and Industrial, providing an in-depth understanding of real estate transactions.

Wes Fifield, Owner

Began his career in 1989, as a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He worked for CB Richard Ellis and others, where he leased millions of square feet of retail space all over the Inland Empire including brokering over 50 Jack in the Box transactions. In 1996 he purchased his first shopping center and in 2000 began his career as a real estate developer. Wes has developed for almost all the major retailers in the industry including Target, CVS, Walgreens, Aldi, Ross, Burlington, Fitness 19, Starbucks, EOS Fitness, In & Out Burgers, Five Below, Raising Cane’s, Chipotle, Jack in the Box, 7-Eleven, Ono Hawaiian, Circle, K, and many more.
He is in charge of all aspects of the development with specific focus on financing, lease, legal, contracts, and tenants. Wes has a degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego.
Rob Maddox, Partner

With 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Rob began his career working for his Dad’s construction company at 15 years old. He started at the bottom working on crews that did concrete, asphalt, underground utilities, sidewalks, streets, curbs & gutter and all types of site work. After ten years and a promotion to running different crews, Rob began his a new career as a land surveyor. He surveyed commercial projects, subdivisions, churches, ALTAs, utilities, and many more.
With his extensive background in construction and surveying, Rob was a natural fit to join Panorama Development in 2002. For the beginning Rob has been in charge of construction, entitlements, property management, title, studies, architects, engineers, utilities, and all vendors. From small tenant improvements to large commercial developments, Rob has the ability to work with all and get the job done on time and under budget. His deep understanding of the all aspects of the industry are invaluable.
Stacey Fifield, Owner

Stacey serves as the office manager for the company since 2001. She handles all billing, invoices, accounting, banking, vendor and tenant relations. In addition she takes care of insurance, property tax, contractor payments, fund control, conditional and unconditional final releases, and lender reports. Her oversight of all office functions is critical to the company’s success.
Nick Fifield, Project Manager

Nick joined Panorama Development in 2020 and serves as the project engineer for all of Panorama Developments current development projects. His focus in the company is entitlements, engineering, architectural site design, and coordinating project approval.
Nick has worked at a variety of construction companies; namely Pankow Builders, Aragon Construction, Inc. and MATT Construction. He has worked on construction project across Southern California including the 56-story high rise Metropolis in downtown Los Angeles, high-end residences in Bel Air and the Ford Theater in Hollywood, CA.
Nick holds a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. As of 2020, he has received his LEED Green Associate certification.
Collin Montgomery, Project Manager

Collin joined Panorama Development in 2022 as a Project Manager. He focuses on financing, entitlements, and architectural site design, while overseeing approvals to keep projects moving forward.
Collin began his career as a Loan Analyst with Sunrise Mortgage & Investment Co. where he assisted in closing over $200 Million in commercial real estate loans nationwide. He worked closely with borrowers and lenders with processing loan applications and resolving any problematic closing matters that would arise. Collin is experienced in underwriting commercial real estate such as Retail, Multi-Family, Office, and Industrial properties. His experience at Sunrise has given him an in-depth knowledge of real estate transactions in commercial real estate and an asset to the company’s future success.
Collin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University.
